The Lošinj apartment, located on the top floor of the Villa Istra Panorama, offers stunning panoramic sea views of the islands of Rab, Cres and Lošinj, as well as the Kvarner Bay.
Thanks to the generous living room with a ceiling height of 3.5 meters (approx. 11.5 ft) and the large, covered L-shaped terrace, you will feel as if you are staying in a penthouse. An outdoor grill fireplace with an adjacent kitchenette will delight you when preparing delicious barbecue meals. The side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser is conveniently located near the terrace and provides excellent drinking water from the nearby Učka Nature Park. Sun loungers are ready for you to relax and refresh by the 11-meter (approx. 36-ft) infinity pool, located one level below the apartment.
This 103 m² (approx. 1,109 sq ft) apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is ideal for up to four adults. Two additional sleeping options are available on the large living room sofa if needed. Children’s beds or baby cribs can also be provided in the bedrooms.
During the cooler season, guests can enjoy underfloor heating and a cozy fireplace with sea views. In the pre- and post-season, the pool can be heated upon request using an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient heat pump. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and recharge.
