Thanks to its environmentally conscious and modern construction, the villa can be rented year-round. All floors are equipped with underfloor heating powered by an air-source heat pump and a solar system. During the summer months, air conditioning (also operated in an environmentally friendly way via heat pump) together with triple-glazed windows helps to keep the heat outside.
With three separate entrances and three fully equipped kitchens, the villa is ideal for a relaxing stay with multiple families or groups.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house. The villa is child-friendly and well suited for families with children. A high chair and baby cot are available upon request. A children’s playground with a sand area is located directly on the property.
It is also possible to book the villa as individual apartments.

Property damage deposit: either a refundable deposit of €1,000.00 or a non-refundable property damage insurance of €35.00 is required.
