The stunning Villa Istra Panorama is located in a small village near Mošćenička Draga, just 2.5 km from the nearest beach. Furnished with great attention to detail, the villa features a modern interior and breathtaking sea views. The 11 m long infinity pool and the spacious outdoor lounge areas invite you to relax and unwind. An entertainment room with table football, darts, TV and a table tennis table, as well as a children’s playground, are also part of the villa.

We fell in love with this region of Istria more than ten years ago and initially wanted to create a small holiday home for ourselves and our family. The Mediterranean climate, the almost untouched nature on the eastern side of Istria with its crystal-clear sea, the breathtaking panoramic views of endless blue, and the Učka Mountains in the background immediately captivated us. The joy and experiences we have been fortunate to enjoy here in Istria are something we would love to share with our guests. It is the many special people we have met along the way who have since become our friends. Our neighbor Sanja now works with us, looks after our guests, and takes care of the house. She does this with great dedication and joy — something our guests truly feel during their stay. Life is too short to take risks during precious vacation time. That is why Sanja and we are committed to sharing all our positive experiences, insights, and local knowledge from this wonderful region with our guests, so they can feel completely at ease and enjoy an unforgettable holiday in our home.

Villa Istria Panorama is located in the small medieval town of Brseč, built on a 157-meter (approximately 515-foot) high cliff overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
The coastal town is known not only for its narrow streets and traditional houses, many of which date back to the 17th century, but also for its truly unique panoramic views of the sea. Brseč is located approximately 24 kilometers (about 15 miles) south of Opatija. In the 18th century, the famous seaside resort experienced significant growth and became a popular destination, especially among the aristocracy. In 2007, many of Opatija’s beaches were awarded the “Blue Flag” quality label, which stands for sustainable tourism, environmental management, and excellent water quality.

Absolutely recommended! The villa looks exactly like in the photos. The furnishings are very modern, with high-quality appliances available (TVs, espresso machines, etc.). The location is very quiet and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Sanja took excellent care of us and was always incredibly friendly.

The holiday apartment offers a very high-end level of comfort and truly deserves to be described as luxurious. Nothing is missing here. Due to its elevated location, it provides a stunning view of the breathtaking panorama. There are only a few small houses nearby, making it absolutely quiet and peaceful. The pool in front of the terrace is fantastic, and from here you can also fully enjoy the views and the tranquility. No traffic noise or anything similar. A beautiful small beach is located approximately 3.5–4 km (about 2.2–2.5 miles) away; however, guests should be prepared to overcome an elevation difference of around 260 meters (approximately 850 feet).

The house is very modern and stylish. It offers everything one could expect, all in the highest quality. The TVs and all appliances are from top brands. The pool directly next to the terrace is very large and perfectly suited for the whole family. On-site support is excellent and very attentive. Absolutely recommended.

We had an amazing time in the apartment. The staff were always available and extremely helpful. There is a ping-pong table in the garden, and when we couldn’t find the paddles, we contacted the staff who were happy to assist us immediately. The apartments are clean, spacious, and furnished with charming design details. The pool is a real highlight, especially on days with temperatures around 35°C (95°F). Thanks to its generous size, guests from different apartments never disturb each other. Last but not least, the view is breathtaking — you can spend hours watching the sea and the ferry boats passing by.
