Brand-new holiday apartment with infinity pool (shared pool for three residential units)
The villa was constructed in a modern Istrian style in accordance with the latest environmental standards. Air conditioning, hot water and underfloor heating are operated in an environmentally friendly way using solar collectors and heat pumps. High-quality insulation and triple-glazed windows ensure a comfortable stay in every season.
The villa is located in the small, idyllic village of Stepca, on the scenic, diverse and unspoiled eastern coast of Istria, approximately 23 km (14 miles) south of the elegant town of Opatija, directly along the coastal road 66.
The Rijeka apartment, located on the lower level of the villa, offers sea views toward Rijeka and accommodates up to 4+2 guests on approximately 78 m² (about 840 sq ft).
The apartment is luxuriously furnished and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and direct access from every room to the spacious terrace. Great emphasis has been placed on comfort and quality. Thanks to its unique location directly adjacent to the Učka Nature Park and at the same time only 1 km (0.6 miles) from the sea, guests can enjoy the best of both worlds: the Mediterranean mountain landscape, water activities, and the cultural highlights of the surrounding towns.
